1. Our Services
BoolMesh AI provides AI-assisted video production, visual content creation, video editing, educational content, advertising content, social media content, and related creative services.
The exact scope, deliverables, pricing, timeline, revisions, and usage rights for a paid project will be agreed separately with the client before work begins.
2. Free Sample Requests
We may offer a limited free sample, such as a short video clip, for evaluation purposes.
Submitting a free sample request does not guarantee that a sample will be created.
BoolMesh may decline or discontinue a request at its discretion, including where the requested content may involve copyright infringement, illegal activity, misleading content, or other inappropriate use.
A free sample does not automatically include commercial usage rights, source files, editable project files, or exclusive ownership unless specifically agreed in writing.
3. Client-Provided Materials
Clients may provide text, images, videos, audio, logos, documents, links, scripts, brand assets, or other reference materials.
By submitting any material to BoolMesh, you confirm that:
- You own the material or have the necessary permission/licence to provide it.
- You have the right to request its use, editing, transformation, or inclusion in the requested project.
- The material does not knowingly infringe another person’s or organisation’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
- You will not knowingly provide unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harmful, or unauthorised material.
BoolMesh does not claim ownership of a client’s original materials merely because they are submitted to us.
4. Copyright & Third-Party Rights
Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide can legally be used for their requested project.
BoolMesh may refuse to use material where we reasonably believe that it may infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Where a client requests the use of third-party music, footage, images, characters, logos, voices, or other protected material, the client is responsible for obtaining any required permissions or licences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. AI-Generated Content
Some of our creative work may involve artificial intelligence and third-party AI tools.
AI-generated results may sometimes contain unexpected similarities, inaccuracies, or limitations. We do not guarantee that every AI-generated element will be completely unique or free from similarity to existing material.
Where appropriate, BoolMesh may modify, replace, or regenerate AI-generated content as part of the production process.
6. Client Review & Approval
The client is responsible for reviewing the content supplied for approval and notifying BoolMesh of any required corrections relating to factual information, names, branding, copyright-sensitive material, or other client-provided information.
Once a final deliverable has been approved by the client, additional changes may be treated as revisions or a new request depending on the agreed project terms.
7. Payments & Commercial Projects
Paid projects may require a quotation, advance payment, milestone payment, or other payment arrangement agreed with the client.
Pricing, payment schedules, revisions, delivery timelines, cancellation terms, and commercial usage rights will be communicated separately where applicable.
8. Ownership & Usage Rights
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables will depend on the agreement between BoolMesh and the client.
Payment for a project does not automatically transfer ownership of:
- BoolMesh’s pre-existing assets;
- internal templates;
- workflows;
- proprietary methods;
- third-party assets;
- AI tools or models;
- stock assets; or
- software/tool licences.
Any transfer of exclusive rights or ownership must be specifically agreed in writing.
9. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential project information shared with us.
Clients should not submit passwords, payment card information, government identification documents, or other highly sensitive information through general enquiry or free-sample forms unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
10. Right to Refuse Content
BoolMesh reserves the right to refuse or discontinue projects involving content that we reasonably believe may be illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, harmful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may also request additional information or clarification before accepting a project.
11. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and up to date. However, service descriptions, examples, pricing, availability, and other information may change without prior notice.
12. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms, software, AI services, hosting providers, stock libraries, cloud storage, or other external services.
Their availability, functionality, terms, licences, and policies may be outside our control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BoolMesh will not be responsible for losses arising from materials supplied by a client, inaccurate information supplied by a client, unauthorised third-party materials, or limitations/errors originating from third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
